I'm a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (Level 2). I currently work part-time in community alcohol and drug services in Albany, WA as well as running my own practice.
I have experience in a range of mental health conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety, addiction and substance use. With a background working in arts events around the country, I am passionate about supporting people in the arts community and the unique struggles they may experience. With a growing interest in perimenopause and menopause, I enjoy supporting women through these major homornal shifts in their life and advocating for their experience in systems that do not always acknowledge their challenges.
I use a non-judgemental integrated approach to meet you where you are. I offer compassionate strategies to learn emotional self-regulation and develop a deeper understanding of yourself, borrowing tools from CBT, existential therapy and Internal Family Systems.
